Appearance: The wine is light yellow and translucent, without any floating matter, and hangs on the cup tightly and long-lastingly, showing the unique oily feeling of aged wine.
Smell: The moment you open the bottle, the rich aroma of sauce hits your nose, accompanied by a complex scent of burnt aroma, floral and fruity aroma. The aroma is bold but coordinated, and a slight acetic taste can be smelled carefully.

It adopts the "12987" Kunsha process, which is the same as that of Maotai Liquor, namely a 1-year production cycle, 2 feedings, 9 steamings, 8 fermentations, and 7 wine extractions. The base wine comes from the 201 workshop of the winery and is aged in pottery jars for more than three years.
