Basic information: 53% vol Moutai Prince Liquor (Sauce-flavored Classic) is produced in the core production area of the Chishui River Basin (and Yixing production area). It utilizes the unique natural environment, uses high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat and water as raw materials, and is carefully brewed using the traditional process of large-koji sauce-flavored liquor. Different styles of base liquors are carefully blended in the "wine blending" method.
