Basic information: 53% vol Moutai Prince Liquor (Golden Prince) is produced in the core production area of the Chishui River Basin (and Yixing production area). It utilizes the unique natural environment, uses high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat and water as raw materials, and is carefully brewed using the traditional process of large-koji sauce-flavored liquor. It is carefully blended with base liquors of different styles in the "wine blending" method. The product has the characteristics of prominent sauce aroma, elegant and delicate, full body, mellow and coordinated, long aftertaste, and lasting fragrance in the empty cup.
