Product Features
53% vol Moutai Yingbin Liquor (Purple) is produced in the core production area of the Chishui River Basin (and Yixing production area). It utilizes the unique natural environment, uses high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat and water as raw materials, and is carefully brewed using the traditional process of large-fermented soy-flavor liquor. Different styles of base liquors are carefully blended in the "wine blending" method. The product has the characteristics of significant soy aroma, elegant and delicate, mellow and coordinated, long aftertaste, and long lingering fragrance in the empty cup.
